For many farmers in India, the cycle of debt begins even before the crop is sown.
Behind every harvest lies a story of resilience, hope, and the unwavering spirit of those who feed our nation. It's time to break the cycle and build a future where farming is sustainable, dignified, and prosperous.
Stories of Hope — Real Farmers, Real India
Behind every acre of land lies a story — not of poverty, but of perseverance. These are the people who inspire UruVada — ordinary farmers with extraordinary resilience.
Sesai's Story
In a small village in Andhra Pradesh lives Sesai, a 50-year-old farmer who has spent his life working the soil that barely feeds his family of four.
For years, the land he cultivated wasn't even registered in his name — meaning he couldn't get government support or apply for low-interest loans. Yet, every season, he leases small patches of land, borrowing at high interest just to grow his crops.
His son, a B.Sc. graduate, stays home without job opportunities. Still, Sesai continues to work before sunrise, holding onto faith that one good harvest will change everything.
His story isn't about failure — it's about perseverance, dignity, and hope.
"I still hope the next crop will change our life."
Manoj, Venkat, and Kranthi's Story
Manoj, Venkat, and Kranthi are in their mid-20s — diploma and engineering graduates who returned to farming when job opportunities fell short.
They are digitally aware, active in WhatsApp farming groups, and watch YouTube videos to learn about crops and prices. Yet, despite their awareness, they hesitate to use new technologies like drones or subsidy-linked mechanization programs.
Their story reflects a new generation of farmers — educated, connected, but still caught between tradition and transformation. They want to innovate but need the right support, tools, and trust to move forward.
They represent the future of Indian agriculture — one that learns from the past and looks forward to a smarter, more confident tomorrow.
"We know what can change farming — but not how to make it reach us."
Turning Struggles Into Strength.
Turning Hope Into Action.
At UruVada Innovations, we see farmers like Sesai, Manoj, Kranthi, and Venkatesh not as beneficiaries — but as partners in India's growth.
Our goal is to ensure that every farmer — no matter their background or size of land — has access to information, opportunities, and support that can transform their lives.
Through initiatives like the Jama App and local partnerships, UruVada will help farmers:
Access government schemes and subsidies easily
Simple, language-friendly interfaces that connect farmers directly to available government support and funding opportunities.
Learn from regional-language advisories
Weather updates, crop guidance, and market insights delivered in local languages that farmers understand and trust.
Manage farm finances confidently
Tools to track expenses, plan investments, and make informed financial decisions for sustainable farming operations.
Discover new income opportunities
Explore allied sectors like animal husbandry, solar farming, and value-added agriculture to diversify income streams.
Because when farmers grow stronger, villages prosper — and when villages prosper, India moves forward.

Meet the Founders
Led by two founders who grew up in farming families and understand the struggles firsthand.
Born into a farming family, Mohan knows the uncertainty and resilience behind every harvest. After earning an MBA in the U.S. and working there until 2024, he returned to India to be close to his roots and dedicate himself to projects that strengthen rural communities.
Also from a humble village background, Rama Krishna Sai Ganta is a 2024 engineering graduate with a passion for entrepreneurship and technology. He has helped small businesses adopt digital tools and now wants to bring the same transformation to farmers through simple, accessible innovation.
Our Vision
To create a future where every farmer in India has the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to thrive — not just survive. We believe that by empowering farmers, we strengthen the foundation of our nation and honor the hands that feed us all.
